What do i need to do to put Flash on my Website?
Honestly – we strive to be as correct as possible on this question.
In order to put flash on your website – there are two ways, either embed it into your .html files, or whatever code your site is running.
Another way is to upload the whole flash site to your root folder which will appear on your main domain.
Adobe Flash supports creating flash websites.
How do i keep track on how many hits my website gets?
There are many ways to track hits on your site.
The most recommended is Google Analytic – Where you could track practically everything. Where are the hits coming from, how many are from unique visitors(first time), how did they arrive at your site(searc h terms) etc. It’s a very powerful analytic where you could track your hits.
Another one was in our cPanel – AWStats, Webalizer etc.
However, some of the tracking software isn’t that accurate as they didn’t record the unique visitors. They usually record how much is the page loaded. If you – yourself edited few contents, refresh the page to see the changes, and you repeated this up to 30 times. Your tracking will show that your site hits up to 30 times. Thus, this can be proved to be inaccurate. So we recommend Google Analytic as it doesn’t keep track on pages loaded by the owner of the site.

Do i need to change my Domain if i get a new host?
Honestly it depends.
If you’ve purchased a domain from a webhost that ONLY allows the DNS to be pointed to their hosting – which means bundled hosting & domain together, you have to get a new domain if you get a new host.
Else, usually when you’ve purchased a domain, you have this so-called “DNS Management” Where your able to point to where the domain is pointing to. If you’ve purchased a new host, you can then point the domain to that new host, thus you don’t need to change the domain.
We do allow our clients to change DNS, thus we provide flexibility to our clients and not bound them to us.

Why should i have a Dedicated IP?
Dedicated IP means having your own specific IP address for your website.
Remember Virtual Hosting? Where several domains is hosted in an IP? The bad news is that if either one host causes the IP to be black listed from search engines(Maybe a lot of users use google to find out about your website) the whole domain using that IP will also be blacklisted – which means your website will not appear on google. Dedicated IP is also a must for personal business which contains transactions – since some SSL requires Dedicated IP. The purpose SSL is to encrypt the connection to prevent eavesdropping by third-party.
Why don’t i go for a cheaper hosting provider?
Really, you could. But before going for a hosting provider, do check out their Quality, Uptime, Stability, Reliability and Support. There is reason that some hosting provide a higher cost such as ours. As we tried to give the most competitive pricing for2 the best support, uptime etc.
I have a domain name – do i still need web hosting?
It depends, do you have a website which uses free domain such as blogspot? If you do and you decide to use the current blogspot, you could just purchase a domain and linked it to your blogspot.
Else, you need a hosting. Domain name is just a name, similar to your house address. But without a house(web hosting), you couldn’t put nor show anything on your domain.
All About Hosting Extra Features etc.
What is Dedicated IP?
It is required if you create a merchant site or business site that requires SSL. Dedicated IP is where you can access a specific site with 123.123.123.123, where as usually shared hosting had their IP shared, thus even if you want to access your normal site, it doesn’t work because it’s hard to identify your site with all the shared IP.
What is SSL?
Secure Socket Layer(SSL) is recommended for sites that accept payments etc, as SSL established an encrypted link between two parties which is your web server and browser. More Info Here
What is Overselling?
Overselling are selling bandwidth more than they can provide, expecting not all users will fully use their bandwidth. Such as our server can hold up to maximum of 20gb of bandwidth, and we sold 10gb bandwidth to 2 customers, and our server would’ve been full, however overselling comes in when we sold to 4-6 customers in hoping that not all the customers will use the bandwidth saving cost in return.
What is FTP?
It’s a file transfer protocol where it allows users to transfer files to your hosting server. Mostly used if you were installing a software manually and it has hundreds of file, where manually uploading seems impossible.
